Princesses and Pirates!

Since John had tickets to the Dolphins/Jets game today (actually we had tickets but I couldn't find a sitter for the kids so he went with a friend) I decided to take the kids to buy a toy each with their Christmas money from Aunt Mary (and family) and Aunt Andrea (and family) and what better place to go then target.
When we arrived Lauren asked to go down the princess aisle (her favorite aisle in the entire store. Every time we go to target we have to walk down that aisle so she can look at all the stuff. She is always so good too since we don't usually buy anything... she just looks!) Today of course I told her she could pick one thing. She found a Cinderella and Prince Charming doll set that came with a book (and it was on sale which put it in the price range she needed- I bet she will be a bargain shopper like her mommy!)
I ofcourse picked Michael's gift for him since he's still at the age where anything he can get his hands on looks like fun. I have been eying the little people pirate ship for the kids for a while now and actually bought it as a birthday present for a friends son. Well, it was on the clearance rack at Target so guess what Michael got.. he really likes it!

Michael was ready for bed (paci and blankie too) but playing with his pirate ship.
