| We spent some of the morning at the pumpkin patch today. It was a bit too crowded to fully enjoy all of the stuff the farm has set up for Halloween (like the hayrides) so I'm going to take the kids back one day during the week to go on it. |  | |||

| I gave Lauren instructions that she had to pick the small pumpkins- this way I could use them to make pie later and they wouldn't be a total waste of money. I just can't see spending money on something so it can rot on the front porch when they don't understand the concept of carving a pumpkin yet...maybe we will get a big one next year! |
